What does wedding planning and coordination cost?

Our prices vary based on the package you select. Month-of and Partial Planning are both flat rate prices, while full service planning is customized to each wedding’s unique needs. Our client’s total wedding budgets range from $75,000 to $300,000, inclusive of all elements of the wedding weekend and planning. Corporate planning is customized based on the needs and budget of each event or program. A total price is provided after an initial consultation call. 

What are the first steps in the booking process?

The first step once you reach out, is an initial consultation call. Based on the call, we make a service recommendation and quote based on your needs!

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings requiring full service or partial planning, we recommend booking one year to 18 months in advance. For month-of planning, we recommend booking 6-8 months in advance. For corporate and social events we recommend booking at least 6 months in advance, but we have produced events and programs in these markets with shorter notice.
